From start to finish, Window World held my hand the entire way! I highly recommend this company if you are in the market for replacement windows and exterior/patio doors!!! Professional, friendly, respectable and courteous. This company SHINES, just like their windows! I can’t sing their praises enough. The products made a difference in not only improving the appearance of my home, but I feel a difference for the positive with the extremes in temperatures/weather we experience here in NE PA. Bravo for a job well-done: from salesman Tom, the awesome 3-man work crew/installers- Sr., Jr. and Jonathan who got the job done in one day, Tara behind the scenes, and Dean the “tune-up” guy!!! Thank you!

We moved here from ATL almost a year ago and needed new windows. We got consulation from various companies but after meeting Tait, we knew we were going to go with Window World.
Once installed, they look amazing. They are durable & superior quality windows. The customer service was top notch and my wife and I are super happy that we went with Window world for our windows. We're planning to get new windows for the other floors of our house and we're at definitely going with Window World of Wyoming Valley.

Chose Windows World after online reviews and local reviews regarding Duryea franchise. Our salesperson was excellent in helping define our requirements. Answering our questions about workmanship, quality and looking right. Windows, doors, siding, trim and gutters had to look unified. The crews were experienced and professional. Our construction Manager was also excellent. Communication was smooth and accurate. Exceeded both the expectations of my wife and I. I was given any consideration for this review. Duryea WW certainly has my trust. Not given any consideration for review.

The windows and frames came out absolutely beautiful!! They changed the entire look of the house and look like they were always there. The process was easy too. We met with Joe. He came to the house, looked around, gave suggestions, measured and gave us a quote. He also was not the pushy salesman type, just honest. They were installed earlier than expected which was wonderful. The installation was just as easy. The men were wonderful. Inside two bay windows were replaced and we were concerned about the work removing the window seats and the siding on the outside, but they are beautiful!! Eight windows and they were done in a day. Highly recommend

The finished work that was done is nice looking. There were some issues that left us dissatisfied, but they were rectified.
Pricing was a bit high in my opinion for three doors and frames, but the problems we had resulted in some compromises, money-wise.
The material quality appears well made. The main door frames have kerf weatherstripping, which is what you want. That was an unexpected surprise, so the perimeter of each door is rock solid in terms of draft areas being sealed up tight.

Great selection of products..very reasonable pricing..professional installation. I had to have a minor adjustment on one door which they fixed a very short time later. My wife and I are 100% satisfied and will return to WW in the future!

We had a 45 year old bow window replaced with a custom bay window. The whole process was very smooth. Gentleman came up did the measurements and paperwork. Contacted once the window was ready (and snow storm gave us a minute). Enter Adolfo and his crew. They were an awesome bunch. They got right to work and in no time the switch was made. They were friendly and very professional. Would I do it again? In a heartbeat, as long as I get that awesome crew! Before and after speak for themselves.
